Therapy For Children, Adolescents and Emerging Adults

Children (~ age 7 and up) - I believe that every child wants to do well, but some need additional support to achieve this. Whether your child is navigating social anxiety, school refusal, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, or transitions - big or small - they don’t have to go through it alone. Through comprehensive assessments and evaluations, we'll work together to gain a clear understanding of their unique needs. From there, I will implement evidence-based, engaging, and empowering strategies to help your child overcome obstacles that are hindering their social, emotional, or academic growth.

Adolescence - This a time of profound change, self-discovery, and individuation. As teens navigate these shifts, coupled with environmental influences, they may experience a variety of social-emotional challenges. Through a thorough and collaborative intake process, I will help your teen gain a deeper understanding of these concerns and equip them with coping skills to successfully manage this transitional period.

Emerging Adults - Being in your late teens and twenties can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. It’s a time filled with expectations about how life should unfold, yet many find themselves caught in an “in-between” space—uncertain, overwhelmed, and searching for clarity. I offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where emerging adults can explore their anxieties and self-doubts, and begin to move toward a more confident, fulfilling life.
