Children (~ age 7 and above) - I believe that every child wants to do well, but some need additional support to achieve this. Through comprehensive assessments and evaluations, we'll work together to gain a clear understanding of their unique needs. From there, I will implement evidence-based, engaging, and empowering strategies to help your child overcome obstacles that are hindering their social, emotional, or academic growth.
Adolescence - This a time of profound change, self-discovery, and individuation. As teens navigate these shifts, coupled with environmental influences, they may experience a variety of social-emotional challenges. Through a thorough and collaborative intake process, I will help your teen gain a deeper understanding of these concerns and equip them with coping skills to successfully manage this transitional period.
Emerging Adults - Being in your late teens and twenties can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. It’s a time filled with expectations about how life should unfold, yet many find themselves caught in an “in-between” space—uncertain, overwhelmed, and searching for clarity. I offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where emerging adults can explore their anxieties and self-doubts, and begin to move toward a more confident, fulfilling life.

As an EF coach, I help children and adults build essential skills like planning, prioritizing, time-management, impulse control, cognitive flexibility, and goal-directed persistence. Together, we create personalized strategies to stay on track! Coaching is typically done in your home and provides structure, accountability, and tools to support lasting change.

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, and despite our deep love and commitment, we often find ourselves wondering, “Why doesn’t this feel right?” Whether you’re dealing with daily power struggles, intense emotions, disagreements with your partner about parenting, or simply feeling overwhelmed, parent coaching provides a structured and supportive space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I use Parent Management Training (PMT), an evidence-based approach that helps parents shift from reactive patterns to proactive, consistent strategies rooted in positive reinforcement and clear expectations. My goal is to empower you to become the primary agent of change in your child’s behavior—leading to more harmony at home, stronger relationships, and better outcomes at school and in social settings.

Children spend a significant portion of their day in school, making it a vital setting for their academic, social, and emotional development. With over 14 years of experience as a school social worker across all grade levels—and a specialized certification in school social work—I have deep insight into how school systems operate and how to effectively support students within them.
Through school consultation, I conduct classroom observations and gather relevant data to better understand the challenges interfering with your child’s success. This process informs a comprehensive assessment that identifies the functions of undesirable behaviors and guides targeted interventions to replace those behaviors. I work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to strengthen classroom-wide strategies and develop individualized behavior intervention plans—helping your child feel more confident, connected, and capable in their school environment. School consultations are valuable for students with IEPs, 504 plans, or for parents seeking effective ways to advocate for their child’s educational needs.
